Update Profile & Bank Info
To update your profile and bank info, click My Account on your Public Gold account after logging in.

Update 1: Personal Details
After completing, click request TAC and TAC NUMBER will be sent via WhatsApp to your phone.
Failure to complete the update of your personal details may cause your gold claim process to be disrupted later.
Update 2: Bank Info Details
For bank attachment, enter your account statement. The account statement must contain the bank header (bank logo), account holder name and bank account number.
Account statements can be obtained through your online banking such as Maybank2u, Cimbclicks and so on. An example of a statement is as follows.

For children under 18 years of age, please enter the bank information of the registered parent or guardian. For gold sales, the proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the registered guardian's account.
Failure to update your bank details may cause your gold sale or lease to be disrupted.
